What is personal data and what is the processing of personal data?

Personal data is any information relating to a living natural person that can be directly or indirectly linked to that person. This includes not only names and personal identity numbers but also, for example, images and email addresses, IP addresses, company names, job positions. Processing of personal data is everything that is done with the personal data in our CRM system or via other digital tools listed in our cookie policy where you can refuse or accept different services. These include, for example, collection, recording, structuring, storage, processing and transmission.

What personal data do we collect about you and why?

We mainly process your name, personal identity number, address and contact details, bank account for salary payments and information you have provided about your next of kin. We process your personal data in order to fulfil our obligations under our employment contract with you and to comply with legal and collective agreement rules.

Personal data processors

We will not share your private information with anyone unless you have agreed to it through our cookie solution. Actors who are independent controllers

We also share your personal data with certain other parties who are independent data controllers, such as public authorities like the Swedish Tax Agency, when we are obliged to disclose such data by law or decision of a public authority. When your personal data is shared with an actor that is an independent data controller, that organisation's privacy policy and personal data management applies.

How long do we keep your personal data?

If you are a customer of ours, we keep your company details to communicate with you in our CRM system. We never keep your personal data longer than necessary for the respective purpose. For example, certain accounting data needs to be stored for at least seven years due to legislation.

What are your rights?

Under current legislation (GDPR), you have a number of rights. You have the right to receive an extract showing what personal data we have registered about you.
